Volvo Engine D13F Fault Code: PPID 122 FMI 5 VCB Compression Brake Status

CONTROL UNIT:
Engine ECU

DETECTION CONDITIONS:
The engine control unit (E-ECU) registers that the voltage is between 8 V and 16 V (0.33 x Ubat and 0.66 x Ubat).

SYMPTOM:
Reduced engine brake power due to VCB cannot be activated.

POSSIBLE CAUSES:
1. Open/short circuit in cable harness.
2. Defective solenoid valve.
