The engine control unit (E-ECU) registers that the voltage is above 4.80 V.

SYMPTOM:
None

POSSIBLE CAUSES:
1. Signal line short-circuited to higher voltage.
2. Open circuit on feed cable.
3. Open circuit on signal line.
