Conditions for diagnostic trouble code (DTC):
1) Short circuit to battery voltage on A14.EB:38

Diagnostic operating conditions
1) Ignition key in ON position

Observable symptoms
1) The exhaust brake does not function
2) The heat retention function is not working
3) Low Power

Probable cause
1) Short circuit to battery voltage, Control wire
2) Short circuit in control valve
